Η Ελενα που μας υποδέχτηκε ήταν πολύ ευγενική και εξυπηρετική.

Έμπαινε φως από τα παράθυρα όσο και να έκλεινες τις κουρτίνες. Η μουσική από το beach bar ήταν πάρα πολύ δυνατή από το πρωί μέχρι το βράδυ. Η ντουζιέρα στο μπάνιο σαν ψεύτικη. Και το δωμάτιο δεν ήταν ιδιαίτερα καθαρό. Το καζανάκι πατιόταν με δυσκολία.

En general, la estancia estuvo bien, pero no de 9,5. Para mi sería un 7 calidad-precio. Aspectos positivos: - El chico que hizo el checking, fue gentil y respondía rápidamente a los mensajes. - Nos dejaron una botella de vino, cafe, te y algunos dulces como amenities, lo cual fue un detalle. - Había buenas vistas desde la habitación. - Las habitaciones formaban parte de un Beach Club, que era muy bonito, y a los clientes del Hotel les hacían un pequeño descuento en la comida, en las tumbonas, no. El desayuno era buenísimo. - Habia aparcamiento gratuito siempre en la misma puerta del hotel. - En la calle del Hotel, había todo tipo de servicios: farmacia, supermercado, restaurantes…

Aspectos negativos: - El Beach Club estaba abierto desde por la mañana temprano hasta las 12:00 de la noche, por lo tanto, si intentabas intentar dormir en cualquier en cualquiera de esas franja horaria, te molestaría la música, ya que se escuchaba completamente desde nuestra habitación. - A los clientes del Hotel, les deberían de hacer un descuento en las tumbonas o dejarlas gratis. - La ducha estaba un poco rota y se salía el agua por todas partes. - Solo teníamos un mini bote de gel de ducha para cuatro noches, le pedí si me podían traer más y el chico me dijo que sí que sin problema que al día siguiente me traían que ocurrió que se le olvidó a la chica de la limpieza, por lo tanto estuvimos dos días sin gel de ducha. - La habitación no era exactamente como en las fotos. En las fotos eran azules y se veía bastante más nuevo. Se lo dije al chico que nos atendió, y dijo que si habían hecho una reforma, no me parece que estuviese reformado, creo que me mintió y me dio otra habitación. - La tv no tiene netflix ni airplay, lo cual en una tv de hoy en dia y en un alojamiento con esa puntuación lo veo necesario. - Pero por último, y no menos importante no olvidar la cortina, la cual tenía una cortina transparente y una cortina que cubría de la luz, pues resulta que la cortina que cubría de la luz llegaba a la mitad de la cortina transparente por lo tanto entraba completamente todo la luz y el calor durante todo el día.

I’m writing this review mainly with the intention of offering a few suggestions for improvement, as the property definitely has a lot of potential. The suite is very beautiful, well maintained, and its main advantage is undoubtedly its stunning seafront location. However, because of its exposure, the sun shines on both sides of the suite throughout the day, and the temperature inside can become quite uncomfortable. It would therefore be helpful to consider some additional solutions to improve the thermal comfort. Also, since there is only one window and it does not provide direct access to the outside, it can be difficult to dry wet swimsuits and beach towels. The host was kind and helpful, although unfortunately we experienced a small issue with a beach reservation. We were told that the reservation had been made for us, but when we arrived, there was no reservation under our name. It was probably just a misunderstanding or a simple oversight, but double-checking the booking would have avoided the inconvenience. Another aspect to consider is the location itself. The road where the suite is located is quite busy both during the day and at night, and finding parking can be particularly difficult during the daytime. At night, the area can also remain quite noisy due to garbage collection, street-cleaning vehicles, and the general activity of people in the area. Finally, the beach directly below the suite, while certainly making the location very picturesque, can also be a source of noise. Music is played from around 8 a.m. until late in the evening, as the beach then turns into a restaurant. For guests looking for a particularly quiet and relaxing stay, this is something worth being aware of. Overall, the property is very beautiful and enjoys an enviable location.
