Cathedral place

The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and homely. It was well-equipped with plenty of useful appliances, including a kettle, toaster, toastie maker, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and heating and cooling. Tea, coffee, and sugar were also thoughtfully provided. The Wi-Fi worked well throughout our stay. The location was fantastic and very central to everything, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The spacious balcony offered a beautiful view and was furnished with a full-sized table and comfortable reading chairs, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The check-in process was easy and convenient, and everything was exactly as described. Overall, it was excellent value for money, and I would absolutely stay here again.

My only issue was that the ventilation in the bathroom was poor, resulting in everything become damp and humid after a shower.

The location is perfect, we have family living in the complex. This lovely unit had a perfect view if the Brisbane city skyline, on the third floor. The unit is very tastefully decorated, and had everything needed for a short stay. All the kitchen appliances are in perfect condition, the bathroom is spacious and is fitted with a washer/dryer. Excellent Wifi and a smart TV in the living room, a very comfortable bed, and plenty of hanging space in the wardrobe.

Well equipped kitchen and bathroom essentials.

Very spacious apartment. Clean. Quiet. Secure. Very well equipped kitchen. Washing machine in large bathroom, great range of toiletries provided. Pool was great. Although water was cold, there was a heated spa suitable for 8 persons. Very close to Fortitude Valley entertainment precinct. Half an hour walk to CBD. Close to river, supermarket and Storey Bridge. Split Aircond worked fine. Someone else complained it didn't warm the room, but that is probably because they had it on Cooling rather than Heating, The remote has the 'Mode' button hidden under a cover, not obvious.

Instructions on how to check-in could have included photos to make things clearer. Where to park car when collecting keys, where letterboxes/keys were, how to get to the allocated parking bay etc. (If arriving by car, head to Gotha Street. Park in front of entrance if not busy, otherwise go to the free 15 minute guest park. Letterboxes are outside the foyer, to your right. Once you have keys, head down ramp to the right, use fob to open boom gate, then head straight to another ramp that takes you to basement 2). No dining table in room. Have to eat sitting on sofa by coffee table, or sit outside in spacious, sheltered balcony, where there was a big table.
