We had a great stay at the Ardmore. Icaro was accommodating and professional throughout the entire experience and made everything easy for us. The property itself was nice, clean, and comfortable, and we really enjoyed our time there. The location was also a plus, situated in an area with convenient access to social amenities like restaurants, shops, and nearby spots to explore. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and we’d be happy to return!

The staff was the best, they are the best, very attentive and sweet. The location is quite good.
There was a guest who was aggressive towards me, then he left the place, then he came back again a few days later. I communicated this, and I think it's not good to welcome people who are not behaving at least in a polite way. Then just an accumulation of many small details
