upside - quite close to everything, nice view from the room, nice staff Downside - at the top of a big hill and requires quite a workout to comeback everytime to the room

We requested sea view but ended with diffeeent view. Then they gave us a moldy smelly room and the pillows stinks too. We need to ask the employees multiple time to replace the pillows because they smell like bad body odor. The location is great but need to improve the cleanliness

The mixed reviews of the place honestly made me worried but I think Vienna Hotel is a good place to stay if you’re looking for a quiet, chill hotel after touring all day! The place is uphill and it’s close to the trail going up Mt Tapyas so walking back up to the hotel can be quite an exercise. But you can always hail a tricycle or e-trike for ₱30-₱50. There’s no elevator too but the stairs are not too long or high. The room was spacious and clean. No closet storage but there is a rack where you can hang your clothes up. There’s also a safe for your valuables too. You have to keep in mind though that the place is on a mountain area so there will definitely be small insects and lots of cicadas during the summer. The food is great and filling, which is a great way to start the day before you go on a super ultimate tour. The staff are all so nice and friendly too. My transfer to the airport was scheduled at 7am and they even served my breakfast earlier so i could eat before i leave. Aside from airport transfers they also offer tours, massages, and laundry too, just ask them about it. Oh and my favorite part of the hotel is the rooftop! Their rooftop bar was closed when i was there but you can go up whenever. I’ve watched the sun rise from it and it was definitely an experience. I tried to wait for the sunset too but I think Mt Tapyas covers where the sun sets so it’s hard to see, nonetheless it’s still a good spot to just chill.

Positiv Over all nice staff. Good services with ok price like laundry, motorbikes, and island hopping. Car from and to the airport for ok price. Negativ - Bathroom smells bad. It was never fixed. - We only got one pair of slipper. It was never fixed. - Hard to get new napkins. - Hard to get new toalettpapper. - Dirty drinking glas in bathroom. - No rooftop bar during low season. - No bar at pool during low season. - No room service. - No restaurant during low season. - Hotell room not entirely cleaned. - No remote control to AC unit. - Breakfast was an hour late during the first day and only came after informing reception. - There was not really any place to eat your breakfast in you room. - The only coffee you get for breakfast if the instant coffee in your room. - No bathrobe. - No trash can in the room, only one in the bathroom. - The hotel is a bit rundown with a lot of broken things. - Hard bed to sleep in. - The hotel is on a hill. - No jam or syrup for the pancakes at breakfast. They ran out of sirup so we had to eat our pancakes dry. - Cats get in at night and roam the corridor. - You have to fill up water jug in the hallway. But for 2 days they did not change the empty water dispenser so I had to go to the second floor to get water. On the third day we had to go to bottom floor to get water because there was no water on third or second floor. - Dirty utensils to breakfast. - No elevator. - Pool is a little dirty, should be cleaned more. - Got the wrong breakfast, ordered eggs Benedict got full English breakfast. - Get only one room key. - Door room dose note close you have to force it closed.
