Convenient location in Mellieha - next to the bus stop, close walk to beaches (2-3km), supermarket Welbees next door. Apartment on the last floor with spacious terrace. Good sized bedroom, small additional bedroom, good sized Wc, very good dryer and washing machine. Good kitchen, well equipped and stocked (pots, kettles, pans). Overall very homely and comfy.

Thin walls, we were lucky that only some nights there were noisy neighbours partying, but might be uncomfortable. Actually within the staircase just few apartments were occupied, if the whole building would be full, I think it would be very noisy, as we could hear washing mashing during nights from 4th floor very well (we were on 6th). There is mold problem, as there is really no ventilation, so opening windows is a must. Living room is quite small, but comfy. There is no blender, take yours (if important to have). Terrace is great, but right next to neighbours, there is no wall in between (just a small barrier), again we were lucky, because we only had one neighbour and the couple was great, but if many terraces are partying, it might be very uncomfortable. So really depends on neighbours at that moment.

We stayed over a month in the property. The staff were so attentive and helpful. The flat is perfect for working couple. It was comfortable- we had no issues at all. The terrace is super cool to chill out. The neighbors were so nice and respectful, no noisy evenings etc. The appliances were enough for us. I recommend this place!

The instructions were not clear for us regarding trash. We went a few times to the building trash but there was none so we had to go to the main one on the other side of the street but this is a minor thing.

The apartment has a perfect location – close to supermarkets, restaurants, bus stops, and relaxing areas. It’s very well equipped with everything you might need: air conditioning, washing and drying machines, TV, Wi-Fi, and more. The terrace with a beautiful view was a big bonus. What truly stood out was the amazing support from the host – always quick to respond and very helpful.

The only downside was the cleanliness of the floor. It was quite dirty when we arrived and we had to clean it ourselves, which was disappointing.
