La climatisation du séjour bien appréciable sur une semaine de grosse chaleur, la literie (tant le lit que le canapé lit qui est d'ailleurs très facile à manipuler), l'emplacement (750 m du centre ville et 150 m du bord de la Charente), les explications données pour accéder à l'appartement.
Bien que l'appartement donne sur une rue parallèle, on entend assez le boulevard dès lors que nous ouvrions les fenêtres. L'immeuble parait un peu vétuste de l'extérieur mais l'intérieur est ok. Le moteur auquel est connectée la climatisation fait un peu de bruit à intervalles réguliers (ce qui ne nous a pas empêché de l'utiliser)

Le logement est très propre, très bien équipé, fonctionnel, au-dessus de la moyenne de ce point de vue. Et notre hôtesse a été disponible et réactive chaque fois que nécessaire. Je recommande sans hésiter.
L'appartement est au 2ème étage d'une maison d'époque, avec deux escaliers un peu étroits pour l'accès, normal. Pas un problème en soi, sauf si mobilité un peu réduite.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Dans un logement d’une propreté irréprochable, très bien situé, calme et bien équipé. Je n’hésiterai pas à relouer ce logement lors de mon prochain séjour à Cognac.
