The only problem was the gate i received 2 keys one for the bedroom was working fine and the other one for the gate it never worked i had to ask security to open for me the car gate so I can exit or enter by walking, also some times I ask the student to let me in through the gate if i get no response from the security.

I’ve never been in a place like this, the check in was at 3pm.. the stay started with a dirty and stinky studio, stains in bedding, dirty towel in bathroom, calls to try to reach administration, once reached they told me they couldn’t find anyone to help, me and my husband cleaned all deeply, we beg for new sheets at least to be able to rest.. almost at 6pm they send someone, rude and disrespectful, change bedding, try to clean even tho I told it was already managed, once finished throw her hoover and kick it out of the place herself…. second day, TV useless, can’t see any channel, let staff know about it… they mention someone will check on it… nobody showed up… NEVER in 27 days… We have reminding them, and they practically ignored us. They mention they will send someone to clean after few days… the personal came and told us we have to ask for a mixed clean and she left, rude again. Staff ask for time for a cleaner to come and also someone to check the Tv, We have wait 2 days for hours for the cleaner and the TV check, nobody never showed up, they didn’t told us nobody will show up. In 27 days nobody came to give us new bedding or towels we have spend time and money washing by ourselves… Try to reach and through chat and they just ignored and once they “try to help” seems like they didn’t even read what we have written before.. bed was painful, pillows same… Our views were Tesco back part rubbish bins, and a huge lorri arriving every morning to charge and discharge around 5:30/6 am every day with a lot of noise even with windows close, no AC or fan in the middle of heatwave stinky and useless hoover. We have ended up our stay a day before cause the situation was just enough. A nightmare

When my son arrived, after a 7 hour train journey from Cornwall, despite the information in the check-in detail message saying a member of your team would be there to meet him and check him in, no one was. The person on the reception desk (who you point out in capital letters is NOT associated with you), was the only person there to help and told my son that no room was available for him. I then had to spend over half an hour on the phone trying to get through to someone, who literally had no idea. They couldn’t find the booking and didn’t know the property. Eventually someone called me back and said they would phone Ben and that the situation would be sorted. There was no apology or explanation. By this point my son was extremely upset, distressed and anxious. He had been placed in an unmade up room and left there. Eventually, he was taken to a room and had spoken to someone from your team, who also had to speak to the person on reception. The person on reception was also upset and stressed at the whole situation. They didn’t have a key for the room, he had to collect that the following morning. I have since had a message conversation and phone call with John. No real apology or acknowledgment of the situation only inconvenience. The whole thing was way more than inconvenient. It was handled completely unprofessionally and I have received no explanation of why what happened happened, why no one was there to meet him, why no room was available and why he wasn’t expected. There was hand soap, dish cloth or tea towel. TV didn't work. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable. I have written a formal letter of complaint to Guest365, who I think are the management company but no official contact details are provided. I have also raised this with Booking.com, who also haven't responded, despite them saying someone from customer services would reply within 24hrs.

Good spacious clean apartment reasonably close to the centre of the city and public transport hubs.

One of these places with lots of rules with threats of large fines. Also dual 'management ' system with responsibilities hard to pin down.

The location was an easy walk to the city center. It was safe and clean.

Dirty towels were left in the bathroom. There was no kettle and no hand soap.

I booked a room for one night, while the property had few and not particularly great reviews. Figuring they came from some misguided travellers with unrealistic expectations, I went ahead with it anyway. The area while being quite close to the city centre, is not particularly great and does not feel too safe with not too many street lights on at night. The pub outside even though it was pretty loud on a weekend night, it went quiet at a reasonable time. The other residents not so much - not the property's fault but annoying nonetheless. Then the online pictures looked way more polished that what I ended up getting, especially the bathroom, Both the room and bathroom, while reasonably modern, had seen better days and could have been considerably cleaner. At least, the bed sheets and towels were fresh. Lastly, I kept being bombarded with messages of all the things that are prohibited on the premises and what I would have to pay would I not abide by the rules (like not taking the garbage out yourself). While I understand that's likely necessary for ill behaving students, it feels unwelcoming for short-term tourists that book during summer time. It's cheap by comparison, yet still not value for money. It's okay for a very short stay, but I would think twice before booking again.
