Love the staff, security and the location
The only problem was the gate i received 2 keys one for the bedroom was working fine and the other one for the gate it never worked i had to ask security to open for me the car gate so I can exit or enter by walking, also some times I ask the student to let me in through the gate if i get no response from the security.

Good spacious clean apartment reasonably close to the centre of the city and public transport hubs.
One of these places with lots of rules with threats of large fines.
Also dual 'management ' system with responsibilities hard to pin down.
