Everything was wonderful so nothing to worry about

We were given a different apartment (at Résidence Les Jardins instead of Résidence Les Fatimides). It is still close by, but it is a bigger and more spacious apartment, which was comfortable for us as two adults with a 6-year-old child. There are many supermarkets to fulfill our basic needs, and restaurants are within walking distance. Money changers are also located around the apartment. Although it is situated at the corner of a busy intersection, we hardly heard any noise from motorcycles or car honking. For us, it was not too bad. In fact, it was even a plus because there are plenty of taxis available nearby.

However, one morning at around 4 a.m., a dog was barking continuously outside the building, which was really annoying. In terms of appliances, there is room for improvement. I would recommend addressing the following issues: The washing machine sometimes shows an error, and our laundry was still soaking wet, even though it was less than 2 kg. The balcony door frame is badly damaged, which makes the kitchen cold because it cannot be fully closed. The Wi-Fi coverage in the master bedroom is very weak, and I could not use the internet while in bed.

Spacious apartment, everything you need as kitchen, oven and fridge. Near a main street full of food choices. Good deal.
