Location, accomodation, furnishings. Good decorative order
Fairly unique.
Lack of communication. Questions went unanswered before the stay. I asked two questions in particular. Could we have additional fan, as only one in the property and the weather was expected to be hot. Second we were asked what configuration we wanted the bedrooms. I asked for one room to have double bed. When we arrived both requests had been ignored. On leaving I addressed the matter again. The bedrooms facing the road cannot be opened si the first night those sleeping in their choice of room had a poor night as it was so hot!

Location was great and the size / space of the accommodation was excellent.
It was very warm even with the heating off, which may not be an issue at certain times but in the summer it may not suit some people.
