Perfect location for us right next door to the rail station and suited the purpose of our visit to the Clarence Jazz Club. Nice walk down the cliffs to the seafront. Seems to be a recently renovated apartment within the well established gated Nogalera Apartments complex. Surounded by many facilties and busy bars, but within the complex we found it to peaceful and quite. The studio is well appointed, but lacks items such as deck chairs for using the outside area or even a comfy chair. Very good shower and large larder fridge - not really needed for a short trip though. Overall a good experience.

For us the main problem was gaining access arriving after dark in particular. There are several points of access to the development from street level all via unmarked gates which can only be opened with a key fob. Which of course you won't have until you get into the apartment. The owner seems to be easy to contct by phone but does not live on the site. The only way we got in was because another very helpful resident turned up and opened a gate for us. If you have heavy bags you need to choose the right gate because it is essentail to use ramps to get from one level to another. Providing a map of the development in advance would be really helpful, as would more useful instructions in the apartment. It didn't bother us, but the TV only seemed to be functional if you have a Netflix account. There are instructions about putting your rubbish out - which is fine, but no advice about where to take it. All easily fixable problems
