L’appartamento corrisponde perfettamente alle fotografie ed è molto curato. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo avuto un’ottima impressione di pulizia: letti, bagno e sanitari erano impeccabili. Abbiamo dormito molto bene e abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente la presenza del parcheggio privato, davvero comodo. Positiva anche la disponibilità del proprietario, che ha risposto prontamente a una nostra segnalazione.
Nonostante l’ottima impressione generale di pulizia, abbiamo purtroppo trovato parecchi capelli sul pavimento, probabilmente sfuggiti durante la pulizia. Abbiamo segnalato il problema al proprietario, che si è subito scusato e ha organizzato una pulizia extra il giorno seguente. Per quanto riguarda la posizione, bisogna considerare che per raggiungere il lungomare e le zone più vivaci di Larnaca è necessario spostarsi in auto.

המקום נקי ומאובזר, כל מה שמשפחה צריכה לשהייה נוחה. המטבח מאוד מסודר ונעים והמיטות נהדרות ביחס למחיר.
החניה מסובכת, וקצת מלחיצה כשמגיעים בלילה למקום חדש. קצת רועש מהרחוב ומהדירות הסמוכות. המרפסת לא ניתנת לשימוש בזמן שהמזגן בתוך הבית פועל כי הוא זורק את כל החום במרפסת.
