It’s ok for a 3-star hotel. Amenities are old but decent. Mattress and pillows very comfortable. New aircon. Old refrigerator. No heater. Water is high pressure. No in house restaurant but theee are lots of stores and food concessionnaire nearby. With balcony for tambayan. Short walk to the beach.

The location offers an excellent location towards the beach with a good walkability, good view from the second floor, faces the water. The staff is attentive and friendly, making the stay easy and pleasant. Room were clean. Better to contact hotel for a better deal.

We went to Casa Dolores for the weekend. Previously we visited Canyon Hotel also in Batangas and compared to Casa it was a paradise. First of all, we had limited choice of location due to traveling with a dog as majority of hotels are not pet friendly. In the pictures the hotel looked OK and 3* rating, pretty high Google and Agoda reviews made us chose it. I paid close to 8k for 1 night for 5 people in total and selected luxury room. Starting from the location hotel is situated in a crowded one way street without own parking beside it (it is far away). Hotel itself is more like a motel, simply substandard. I felt like being in the deep province and I have not faced something like that in any of hotels I have visited in the Philippines so far. Even cheapest hotels like RedDoors is better standard. No idea how they managed to get 3* rating with so low standard. All furnitures and appliances are very old, there is no heater in the CR, no soap or other stuff. We received only 3 towels after intervention (initially only 2). We were so pissed off that no pictures were taken but it was biggest disappointment ever. Not to mention at 5 AM issues with electricity started and AC was not working properly. Ahhh, and the beach is public and overcrowded. What I mean maybe for 3k PHP for our group I would close my eyes but for 7,5k PHP we feel ripped off.
