Neuf, propre et calme
Le seul soucis, c’est qu’il n’y avait pas d’étendoir pour faire sécher le linge. Si non, tout était impeccable

Les appartements de l'immeuble sont tous neufs, spacieux, propres et bien équipés. Toutes les pièces ont la climatisation. Le gardien de l'immeuble qui accueille les voyageurs est serviable, même s'il ne parle pas le français. Le café Seramico, situé à 100 m, qui appartient au propriétaire de l'immeuble est agréable pour un petit-déjeuner.
Une forte odeur dans la salle de bains, contre laquelle le propriétaire dit qu'il ne peut rien faire. Et dans l'appartement numéro 4 le ballon d'eau chaude a un fonctionnement aléatoire. Le ménage n'est pas fait tous les matins. Pour trouver l'adresse précise il faut la demander au propriétaire. Il vaut mieux parler le darija ou l'espagnol pour communiquer avec lui.
