Luxury Villa Putrajaya 39 - Smarthome

The name of the property i.e. Luxury Villa# really lives up to its name. My guests for my son's wedding stayed there 1 night as the wedding took place in Precint 14 the next day. It took about 16 minutes driving to the wedding place, pretty reasonable. The property was located in a place called Ayer.8 in Precint 8. It's sort of a small town with some eateries and a fancy cafe. The property is located near an end road, and there's a roadside public parking with 6 bays. The house itself had a large porch where you can parked 6 cars arranged in 2 rows, even for SUV/MPV, very convenient. 3 storey and spacious with 6 - 7 bedrooms ( I can't recall). Very comfortable with large group and all the fittings & furnishings fit for a luxury bungalow. And not to mention a small swimming pool on the ground floor. This property is facing the lake, which is very nice, especially at night, with all the lighting turned on in Putrajaya. The huge bridge connecting Precint 8 to the government building enclaves is fully visible from the front porch.

It's all perfect as my guest kept on giving the thumbs up for their stay. Upon booking, the property administrator provided a Pdf copy of a simple agreement, which we have to sign and submit to them. And we had to provide a copy of our driving license and a screenshot of our booking details (under Booking.com) to them via WhatsApp. And we had to pay a security deposit of RM1,500, which we got back 1 day after checking out. On top of the published rate, there's a cleaning fee of around RM350. Anyway, it's worth it with all the smiles from my guests. Thanks to the property as well, for accommodating us as our earlier booking for another property in Precint 16 had cancelled our booking about 4 days before the wedding.
