Lokacija na Skalicama je izvrsna jer je u blizini sam centar grada, plaže i Marjan. Naselje je mirno. Sve preporuke.

Sve je bilo odlično

Our stay was simply great. The apartment was really clean, it is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Beyond that it had all the facilities we needed (including kitchen and washing machine) and the location was just perfect, with a delicious bakery on the corner, two supermarkets very close, and a few minutes by car from the Riva. There was space to park the car for free on the street around the building. Last but not least, the host was really kind and gave us great suggestions of beaches to visit and also really good restaurants.

It’s a nice and quiet area. Only few minutes walk to the main strip of the city. Felt like my own apartment. We even cooked breakfast few times. Used the washing machine to wash our swim clothes and other clothes. Highly recommend anyone who is coming to Split. Will definitely stay again if we come here. We arrived around 11ish so left our luggage in the hallway whilst it was getting cleaned up. Came back before 3pm to check in properly. Our host has kept the place immaculate and was so understanding that we had to keep our suitcase there so we can see the town and enjoy without any hassle.

None. It was perfect

We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf en voelden ons meteen thuis in dit mooie, gerenoveerde en zeer propere appartement. Alles wat je nodig hebt was aanwezig: airconditioning, een wasmachine, een gezellig terrasje, … De locatie was ideaal, op ongeveer 10 à 15 minuten wandelen van het centrum, met een supermarkt op slechts 2 minuten afstand. De communicatie met de eigenaar verliep vlot en we kregen steeds snel een reactie. We voelden ons heel veilig in Split en zouden hier zeker opnieuw verblijven. Een echte aanrader!😁
