Inside, cedar siding, vaulted ceilings, and a large rock fireplace create a warm and inviting atmosphere. Expansive picture windows frame panoramic lake views, while the open kitchen with a center island grill makes cooking and entertaining a joy. The dining area seats eight, with room for four more at the breakfast bar.

With five bedrooms, this home is perfect for families. The main level includes the living room, dining room, kitchen, and the master bedroom retreat, complete with its master bath featuring a private sauna, an additional twin bed for extra comfort, and direct access to the backyard, hot tub, dock, and sweeping lake views. Two more bedrooms and a bathroom are also on this level. Upstairs, you'll find two additional bedrooms and one bathroom. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the home.
Pet-Friendly:
The owners, being pet lovers, welcome one (1) dog or cat. Please clean up after your pet and never leave them unattended at the property.
Dock Access:
Guests have access to a shared private dock with the friendly next-door neighbor, who may also use it for swimming, boat parking, and relaxing. Please be courteous and share the space.
Location Perks:
Just 5- 10 minutes from Lake Tahoe casinos and Heavenly Ski Resort, and only a 5-minute walk to Lakeview Commons, where free summer concerts are held every Thursday evening.
