Nos encantó el Palazzo , la decoración, las instalaciones y la amabilidad en la atención de la persona que nos atendió, Paolo.
El único problema es que no hay ascensor y por la fisonomía del alojamiento, que es precioso, cuenta con tramos de escalera bastante empinados que dificulta la subida y bajada de maletas, a pesar de que el encargado nos ayudó mucho.

La struttura é molto accogliente con finiture di pregio. Ottima posizione, spazi ampi ed accoglienti con tutte le comodità.
La mancanza di organizzazione al momento del check in e di scarsa comunicazione dello staff in merito allo stesso.

The rooms are tastefully renovated that kept the original features of the classic palazzo, you can see the stone walls, and pots and living equipment like a house museum, feels like living an a past yet modern dream.
Extremely clean place, the bed is super comfortable. our suite has a wonderful big terrance and a real olive tree.
The staff was really welcoming and helpful during our stay. There is a mini self service cafe area in the building for easy breakfast.
Nicely located right next to the entrance to the old town, especially in the winter with the magical Christmas light festival decorating the old town. One of the most Christmassy experiences in a lifetime.
Highly recommended! It was the highlight of our stay!
The building is by the street so it can a bit noisy.

From the moment I arrived, I knew I’d made the right choice. The room was super clean and comfortable, exactly as described, and even better in person. The location made it so easy to get around, whether I wanted to explore or grab a quick bite nearby. The host was fantastic — friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with great local recommendations. I really appreciated all the thoughtful touches that made the stay feel special. I’d definitely come back again and recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay!
