Comfy bed and decent size room
Room was cold even with it being 78 degrees needed a heater

Clean house and room; directions given; modern decor; large, comfortable bed; close to Pitt; parking included; inexpensive compared to other area lodging.
Defining "shared": This is a rooming house or hostel. The bathroom is down the hall from your room and is shared with several other guests, as is the kitchen.

Location was great once we got in.
Cleanliness, facilities, and value was great.
Booked but did NOT get email from property management with access code before check in time.
This was VERY frustrating.
Had a difficult time contacting them but in the end they emailed us and said "I sent it out already"
But they did NOT. So, we had to chase them up before getting in.
In addition, this property should NOT be asking for government issued ID before as part of the online check in process.
It is wholly unessessary and can lead to scams. This MUST be changed.
