È un bellissimo appartamento, ci ha piaciuto tantissimo, è accogliente , abbastanza grande , bello pulito, profumato , ci sono anche i balconi 😍 in appartamento c'è tutto e di più. In cucina ci sono tutte stoviglie che servono, c'è la lavatrice, ferro da stiro 😍 il proprietario è simpatico, sempre disponibile, rispondere al messaggio sempre) ... il quartiere bello, tranquillo ❤️ l'appartamento situato a soli 2,5 km dalla prima metropolitana (Jonio).. noi prendevamo di solito il tram (69, 435) per arrivare alla metropolitana) oppure prendevamo la nostra macchina . alla metropolitana Jonio c'è un parcheggio coperto a pagamento, quindi con calma si può lasciare la macchina 😊

The host is super nice, supportive and quick responsed, always been there to help us with any problems. The house has many utilities such as the washing machine, oven and even two balkonies!!!

The location of the apartment and the building itself. It was possible to reach Roma Termini station within a 30-minute ride. There were many public transport options nearby. Shops and cafés were easily accessible. When facing various issues in the apartment, it was easy to contact the host and some matters were resolved; however, for more serious issues, the response was less helpful.

There were many ants in the kitchen/living area, which created an unpleasant experience, especially for those sleeping there, as well as for everyone since we regularly used the kitchen. The kitchen equipment should be checked before each stay, as the knives were dull and there was no knife sharpener; the pot lid had no proper handle, only a screw that came off while cooking. In the bathroom, the towel holder broke on the first day. For 8 days and 4 people, only one trash bag was provided in the kitchen and one small bag in the bathroom, which is definitely not sufficient. While staying in another country on vacation, I expect to receive a service that matches the price paid, including essential supplies for 8 days for 4 people—not having to worry every day about new unpleasant situations. I informed the host in a timely manner about all the issues, to which he replied, “this is not a hotel.” Considering the unpleasant experience with the ant infestation and daily inconveniences, we requested a partial refund; however, the host refused, stating it was their “apartment policy,” after which he brought us a “complimentary” ant/insect spray that is actually intended for use on the skin.
