The apartment is in a great location, within easy walking distance of the beach, marina, restaurants, cafés, clubs, and bars, so it was very convenient. The balcony overlooks the marina with yachts and palm trees, which made it a lovely place to sit in the evening and enjoy the view. The apartment was well equipped with most of the essentials we needed, including a washing machine, hob, kettle, coffee machine, and vacuum cleaner, which made our stay more comfortable and practical. Overall, the location was excellent, and the apartment had everything we needed for a pleasant stay.

- Upon arrival, the balcony was fairly dirty and required cleaning before it could be used. - bed linen and towels were not included in the price. We only found this out after our reservation had been confirmed, when we received a message explaining that we either had to bring our own or rent them for an additional fee. This information should be clearly stated in the listing before booking so guests can make an informed decision. - The security deposit is €300. The amount is only communicated upon arrival. It is not a card pre-authorisation (hold); the funds are actually charged and may take up to one month after the end of the rental period to be refunded. (2 weeks later I am still waiting for its return) - It would be helpful if some basic essentials were provided at the property, such as hand soap, shampoo, or shower gel.
