Mi the host is really care taker, watsap follow up is warranted until the check in. Information is given and updates are asked for your care. The homestay is nicely designed in the heart of D1, studio on ground floor with bathroom and bedroom up the stairs. Hot water, wifi and air cond are OK. The tub and shower are a bit minimal but often the case in D1.
Bed a bit hard Bring your own water and tissues You are in D1 so expect noise night and day (dogs, music, bikes), if you are sensitive to noise.
