Bardzo komfortowy apartament. Idealnie sprawdzi się dla pary lub rodziny 2+1, 2+2. Miejsce postojowe przydzielone w garażu podziemnym z bramą na pilota. W apartamencie zapewnione absolutnie wszystko co potrzebne do codziennego funkcjonowania. Widok na halę Szrenicką z balkonu umilał poranną kawę. W budynku jest zwołania dla dzieci oraz ogólnodostępna sauna oraz jacuzzi co było zbawieniem po całodziennej wędrówce. Blisko do centrum blisko do sklepów ( Biedronka, Żabka). Kontakt z panią zarządzającą obiektem wzorowy. Na pewno wrócimy.

Czystość i wyposażenie apartamentu, dobry kontakt z firmą zarządzającą obiektem, bliskość szlaków i sklepów. Widok z balkonu na góry jest, ale nie frontalny, tylko po 'zadarciu' głowy, bowiem prawdziwy widok jest na duży, stary dom tuż przy tej części apartamentów. Niemniej, sympatycznie jest pić rano kawę z widokiem na Szrenicę.
Nierespektowanie ciszy nocnej przez osoby udostępniające balię na zewnątrz. Skoro cisza obowiązuje od 22.00 to udostępnianie gościom rej atrakcji od 21.00 do północy jest nieprofesjonalne. Nie muszę mówić, że goście zachowywali się tak jakby byli w obiekcie sami.
