Ottima posizione centrale, balcone con vista Isola dei Conigli, appartamento vicinissimo a negozi e dotato di ogni comfort, la proprietaria Manuela gentile e disponibilie a dare tutte le indicazioni e consigli per spiagge, ristoranti, eventi ecc.

Didžiulis pliusas vieta, prie promenados ,centre.Erdvu.Buvo kapsulinis kavos aparatas, patiko balkonas, džiovyklė, pliusas vaizdas į jūrą.
Tiesiog pribloškė virtuvė, dujos balione, kurį reikia atsukti, puodas surūdijęs, kuriame vanduo tampa rudas, virdulio nėra, (paprašius -atrodo kažkas neįprasto,turėti virdulį ,)keptuvės tinkamos išmetimui, nudėvėtos kambary , stalas padengtas cerata, svetainėje sudėti baldai lyg rasti gatvėje, išskyrus sofą, atidarius spintą drėgmės pelėsio kvapas, (svetainė), sienoj pelėsio žymė, na tiesiog tas 9.7 vertinimas neaišku iš kur Miegamasis , san. mazgas neblogi. Parkingas l sudėtingas tarp kolonų tinkamas tik mažai mašinai, plius prasidėję remonto darbai, žodžiu įspūdžiai prasti.
