    No value for money. I would not recommend this place at all. It feels like a scam. First of all, this is not a hotel as advertised. It is actually a homestay/Airbnb unit. I booked a room with a mountain view because I planned to watch the sunrise. However, when I arrived, I was informed that the room I booked was fully occupied. They then arranged another room owned by a different Airbnb host instead. The entire check-in process was chaotic. On a rainy day, I had to walk between Tower 3 and Tower 7 multiple times just to collect the keys. Parking is another major issue. There are very limited parking spaces available, and the parking bays are extremely narrow. The parking area is shared among all 7 towers, making it difficult to find a parking spot, especially during peak periods. Overall, the experience was disappointing and definitely not worth the price paid.

    Had a really pleasant stay at Grand Ion Delemen DD. The house was very spacious, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. One of the best parts was definitely the beautiful balcony view — we could even catch the sunrise in the morning, which made the stay extra special. Parking was free and convenient, which is always a huge plus in Genting. The owner was also very responsive and helpful throughout the stay. Whenever we needed assistance or had questions, the response was fast and accommodating. A few small improvements could make the experience even better. It would be great to have a microwave, some plates, and cutlery available in the kitchen for added convenience. The direction from the car park to the room was a little tricky at first, but thankfully the owner provided a helpful video guide which made things easier. Basic toiletries such as toothbrushes and toothpaste would also be a nice added touch for guests. Overall, it was a very enjoyable and comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend for families or groups looking for a spacious place with a stunning view in Genting!
