We had an excellent stay at this apartment and would highly recommend it. The location is fantastic, with Spagna metro just a very short walk away, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. Despite being so central, the street is very safe, quiet, and peaceful. The apartment itself is extremely quiet and calm, which made it perfect for relaxing after a long day. It was spotless and very clean, and we really appreciated how warm and comfortable it was during the winter. The space is very spacious, much larger than expected, and ideal for a comfortable stay. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish – friendly, quick to respond, and very helpful. We would happily stay here again.

Spectacular views - pretty much 360 across the Rome skyline. The air conditioning was also very good in the 38C weather.

The bed and toilet were clean. The shower’s a bit damp, the coffee machine needs a good clean, and there were other people’s hair on the floor. The very limited kitchenette cutlery and glasses weren’t clean.
