We had an excellent stay at this apartment and would highly recommend it. The location is fantastic, with Spagna metro just a very short walk away, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. Despite being so central, the street is very safe, quiet, and peaceful. The apartment itself is extremely quiet and calm, which made it perfect for relaxing after a long day. It was spotless and very clean, and we really appreciated how warm and comfortable it was during the winter. The space is very spacious, much larger than expected, and ideal for a comfortable stay. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish – friendly, quick to respond, and very helpful. We would happily stay here again.

I servizi di accoglienza: nonostante lo staff sia stato disponibile anche nell’organizzare su mia richiesta piccolo presente di benvenuto, il resto del kit minimo di accoglienza (saponi da bagno, stoviglie, cialde caffe ecc.) era mancante o comunque presente in misura minima. L’altra cosa che non mi è piaciuta è lo stato in generale dell’immobile: una stanza che avrebbe bisogno di essere più manutenuta (doccia con mura macchiate, libreria usurata dal tempo, tv con le casse audio rotte e gracchianti). Insomma, il posto necessita veramente di maggiore cura e il cliente di migliori attenzioni.
