Excellent manager runs the guest house as well as the massage shop not the one below bit next to it
Quiet, clean and lot of privacy. The entry is from the side so no worries.
I had a room overlooking the coffee shop but has a fantastic sea view although the room is on the side and 1st floor.
It is right opp the beach. Baht bus every few seconds to go till north pattaya and back.
Quieter and cleaner side of jomtien beach.
Wanted to stay few more days but unfortunately it was full.
Room is equipped with everything one would require like fridge, kettle, microwave, crockery water too.
Will certainly come back.
Only downside is the washroom is too small but not much of a problem.
Walls between rooms are thin so you can here wierd noises. Welcome to pattaya
