Da limpeza e do grau de equipamento
Do barulho provocado por um motor que durante todo o dia, mas especialmente durante a noite se ouvia. Esse barulho ouvia-se mais no quarto. Apesar de existir uma máquina de lavar roupa e de um estendal, não há sítio para pôr a roupa a secar e também não é possível abrir a gaeta da máquina para pôr o detergente. A televisão só tem canais espanhois.

Tiene dos baños lo que facilita la comodidad. Está modernizado con pisos de madera preciosos. Tiene aire acondicionado. Y el barrio es estupendo, estás cerca de todo.
La señal de internet es lo único malo. Si necesitas trabajar conectado a internet, pues no vas a poder hacerlo correctamente.
