It was a beautiful property, I can’t express how beautiful it was. They have everything you need. Super clean !!
The customer service was terrible. The manger was nice but there staff was rude and snappy. Check in was at 4pm I wasn’t able to get the door code till 5pm. So I had to wait an hour just to get access. I was calling them several times and wasn’t able to reach anyone. Luckily I had the managers number and he was able to assist. The whole process of booking the bnb was a mess. Paid for late checkout which was at 1pm and they told me an hour before regular checkout 11am that we were not able to do late checkout. We had to rush and leave the bnb before they could charge us.

Spacious for our group of 8 adults. Fully stocked kitchen and great that there was an ice machine!!
Addressed with the host that the home could be a bit cleaner, especially the floors. Feet and socks were black from walking around.
