L'emplacement - en plein centre-ville, à 2 minutes à pied de la mer, bien relié par les transports en commun de la capitale
Le jeune homme qui était là à l'arrivée a été très aimable, m'a laissé entrer plus tôt dans l'appartement et m'a prêté son parapluie (il pleuvait le jour de mon arrivée)
Mon appartement se trouvait au dernier étage (sans ascenseur), mais finalement cela a été positif car je n'ai pas eu de moustiques.

Accès terrasse roof top si on a l'appart du dernier étage.
La télévision ne fonctionne pas. Ce n'est qu'un écran.
Tout est vieillot.
5 étages sans ascenseur.
