Les Terrases de la Borie is a really beautiful stay in the hills. The view is magnificent and the rooms are extremely stylish, clean, comfortable and with jaw dropping views. We had lovely attentive service and a delicious meal in the evening - highly recommended as they do wonderful tasting menus. We were only passing through and stayed a single night - i would have liked to have spent more time by the very lovely pool (with a view).
The drive up to the hotel feels a bit precarious - but that's nothing that they can change! :)

Un mélange de nature sauvage et de standing au cœur des Cevènnes. Un paysage à couper le souffle et tout le monde au petit soin pour vous avec une gentillesse infinie. Et tout ça avec une piscine incroyable. Nous n'avons malheureusement pas pu y prendre un repas mais ce sera pour le prochaine fois (pensez à reserver). Le petit déjeuner est 100% local si jamais. Une merveille. Allez-y.
Je me permets juste de prévenir les motards. Cette contrée est surnommée la petite Corse en raison de son paysage mais aussi de ses routes escarpées. Un motard averti en vaut deux.
