Apart Arm

Property was superbly located, short walk into town, next to a park, atm and supermarket. Quiet safe area. Amenities were provided for cooking, personal hygiene and laundry. Strong air conditioning which is needed during Armenian summers! Wine and chocolates were a delightful touch on arrival! Host is very friendly and we were able to communicate via WhatsApp and he answered all our queries and questions.

Mattress was slightly uncomfortable as you could feel the springs. Had curtains been black out that would have been even better!

I arrived late at night because of flight delay but the host was cooperative and performed the checkin without any hesitation.

I like everything about this place 11 out of 10, very clean, great facilities fully equipped, and the owner was very helpful all the time, I totally recommend this place!!!

Great spacious studio with well equipped kitchen and bath in short walking distance from the city center. The apartment is shielded from the noise of the city and the big roads. It even comes with its own little garden space. Definitely would stay there again.

Kind of hard to find things to improve on this place. Maybe blackout curtains for people who need a completely dark room to sleep.
