La propreté , chambre nettoyée tous les jours.
La gentillesse des femmes de chambre.
La proximité et le parking juste en face de la chambre.
Le personnel n’était pas très accueillant mis à part le responsable qui nous disait bonjour .
C’est dommage de ne pas savoir à quoi on a droit avec le petit déjeuner.
Un jour on peut avoir quelque chose et le lendemain c’est un extra.

Situació excepcional a Dhërmi, lloc molt tranquil però alhora molt a prop de la platja, i molt bon esmorzar al restaurant adjunt a l´hotel. Personal de l´hotel i el restaurant molt amables però estan "explotats".

Location and cleanliness
Clean modern room , but not practical. No hooks in the bathroom for towels. No space for toiletries. No soundproofing, could hear all the noises from the kitchen staff in the morning.
