Great location steps from the beach access and a block to the plaza. Surprisingly quiet !

No complaints just FYI there is no reception staff I walked in wondering how I would get into my room a cleaning person happened to come down stairs and lucky I speak Spanish explaining I have a reservation she called someone who told her what room was mine and she was able to give me a key. Didn’t see any other hotel staff rest of my stay 2 days. Great value and I will stay again next year

The location is great, at the end of the main street in town and literally steps from the beach. You can hear the ocean. The street is busy during the day but it quiets down at night. The AC works well. The bathroom is clean and the water pressure is great (which isn't a given in San Pancho). The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

There isn't really room to put away your clothes. We stayed in two different rooms (because we upgraded to a room with a balcony). Each had one dresser with very small drawers, no shelves or closet, and a piece of wood to hang clothes from that didn't really work. No shelving or storage in the bathroom, either, so we moved a little end table in there for our toiletries.

Steps to the beach. Literally smack dab on Main Street of San Pancho
