1.住宿地點超方便，機場直達的車站就在旁邊，而且是有超市、商店街、藥妝店，機能很好，吃飯購物都不用擔心，搭電車回來想到出站一分鐘就到家，心裡是很安慰的。
2.一樓有大沙發餐桌很適合團體使用，房間的床很舒服（軟床），設備十分齊全&貼心，1-3樓都有冰箱、烤箱、微波爐，2f、3f都有廚房，廚房電器有果汁機、咖啡機、電飯鍋，刀子和鍋具都是新的，很好用。
每層樓都有廁所，在日本感覺滿難得的。
1.一樓的空間沒有洗手台不方便，在一樓吃東西要洗都要爬樓梯上二樓，也要上二樓拿餐具、搬一堆東西下來、吃完再搬回去洗。不過住宿有提供籃子，方便一次拿很多東西上下樓，這點還是滿貼心的
2.一樓的空間出入口是玻璃門，令人沒有安全感，但是因為團體人數不少，若是整天鎖著鐵門，需要鑰匙開關又不方便。
3.四樓的房間放了床就沒有走道空間了，所以裡面的床位只能爬著床進去，這個床底是一條一條的木條，且沒有固定，很容易爬著爬著就塌下去，要自己掀起床墊把木條卡回去，而且床單很容易就捲起來露出底下床墊。
4.可能是一樓的關係，蚊子比較多。座落在飲食街上，雖然標語寫著禁菸，卻還常有人在門外抽菸。

House is clean. Easy access to Aoto station. Lots of restaurants beside and nearby. We had a great stay!
Too much bed on the 4th flr. No space to move in the room.
