Exclusive beachfront apartment

L'appartamento ha una vista eccezionale del mare, sia dalla camera che dalla terrazza. Dotato di lavastoviglie e lavatrice, due fornelli a induzione (con occorrente per cucinare), tostapane, microonde, bollitore, macchina Delonghi per il caffè (con capsule, si trovano nel vicino Mercadona), l'appartamento offre anche due sdraio, ombrellone e teli per il mare. La musica proveniente dai locali vicini è attutita dalla porta finestra quando chiusa e non è stata assolutamente un ostacolo al buon riposo. Poi svegliarsi avendo di fronte il mare non ha prezzo. Joan gentilissimo e disponibile in breve tempo per ogni richiesta. La posizione è favolosa, comoda per i servizi (tram, metro, bus vicini per il centro o per altre spiagge) e ovviamente per il mare, scendi e sei in spiaggia.

L'intonaco nella doccia è gonfio in un paio di punti, ma sono sicuro che Joan presterà attenzione al bisogno in futuro.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Outstanding Stay We stayed here from 29th May to 5th June and honestly couldn't have asked for a better base for our Valencia holiday. The location is perfect — just moments from the beach and marina, yet incredibly well connected to the city centre and all the major attractions. Everything Valencia has to offer felt easily accessible. Joan was a fantastic host from start to finish. Communication was excellent, and he provided brilliant recommendations for restaurants, bars, beaches, and tourist spots that really enhanced our trip. Everything was beautifully organised and thoughtfully prepared before we arrived. The apartment itself is much bigger than the photos suggest. It was spotlessly clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a week-long stay. The soundproofing was especially impressive, allowing us to enjoy being in the heart of the vibrant marina atmosphere while still having peace and quiet when we wanted to relax. What we loved most was how immersed we felt in the local energy of the area. You're right in the middle of the action, surrounded by fantastic restaurants, beach life, and the marina, yet it still feels like a hidden gem. Five stars all the way. In fact, part of me almost doesn't want to leave this review because I'd love to keep this place a secret! But it truly deserves every bit of praise. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Valencia. Thank you, Joan, for helping make our holiday so memorable.

Alles und genau deswegen haben wir nächstes Jahr gleich nochmal gebucht :) das sagt denke ich alles :) Die Lage , Sauberkeit , Ausstattung wie auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter Joan waren top 👍 Danke dafür Joan.
