The keys system to be picked up from another building. The request at checkout to clean and empty rubbish

Loved the location and apartment
Checkin isn’t until 4pm, much later than normal. When we arrived at 4pm the key wasn’t in the lockbox as instructed, checked booking messages and I found a message stating the room wouldn’t be ready till 5pm. We weren’t the only ones either, there were at least 4 other couples waiting in the rain at the lockboxes! We had made our plans around a 4pm checkin, changing to 5pm at the last minute was a massive inconvenience!
