Had everything we needed for 1 night. The location was convenient and was in walking distance of where we were going for the evening. Really appreciated the ac unit, it was well over 90° the night we stayed. The owners had great communication the whole time.
My very tall fiancée hit his head on the bed post multiple times, but that's hardly a compliant, he's pretty clumsy. Other then that my only real complaint is the only body wash in the shower was hand soap.

Coffee maker and kurigs were nice. Room was clean and very functional. Enjoyed the oyster shucking class downstairs in the restaurant. Very close to downtown.
Neighborhood was a little iffy with trash common in street and sidewalk, but host warned early on that there were homeless people in the area and that made it more comfortable and not such a surprise. Apartment could use some sprucing up with cabinet knobs bent, floors and doors a bit too worn. Shower water heat was a little erratic. AC front filter grill should be cleaned.

They pimped their other businesses constantly. Every email and every text. Had hot water for 3 minutes. The toilet it loose
