The bed construction is very flimsy

Appartement propre, bien équipé, super joli et décoré avec goût ! Tout était mis en oeuvre pour que l'on passe un agréable séjour et ce fut vraiment le cas. Les hôtes n'ont pas manqué de communication et tout les renseignements donnés était bien détaillés pour que tout soit facilité. Je recommande et reviendrai sans problème si l'occasion se présente.

The apartment is in a great location, spacious, with lots of light. The little terrace is great too. The apartment in itself is not bad but our experience around it was not pleasant.

It was stressful. First, I don't like the fact that I had to give my bank details to an online third party to pay a deposit. I did it because I had no choice but I wish Booking had a way of dealing with deposits. Once we arrived there, we did not have access to the place because apparently there was a problem with previous guests and new furniture was installed. Travelling with a 4 year old, ended up checking after 7 pm instead of 5 pm. Communication was a bit difficult during this time. After waiting a long time, I was told that I could go drop off my luggage and once there we were not allowed to do that and had to wait longer with our luggage outside. For a moment I thought the place didn't even exist so I was reassured when I finally saw it. After all that, I found some bedsheets but no blanket/duvet for the sofa bed. The apartment was not prepared for 3 guests. The chairs need to be screwed in and one of the pillows had blood stains. Probably/Hopefully this is not something that happens all the time but we wad a very uncomfortable and stressful experience. After all that, I received several messages asking us to check out on time even though I had already left the apartment long before the time limit. Considering the check in experience the least of things would've been to offer a flexible check out or something.
