On location services were excellent. Very very courteous and helpful staff. We got excellent services and support from them. Special call out Deepti and Amit. The chef who helped us with breakfast one of the days was awesome - punctual, no fuss, excellent taste of food. Superb location yet away from crowds.

Their pre-arrival communication and processes are really bad. They say something but no one follows through. It was very stressful as we needed some additional services like chef on demand etc. While they say that a whatsapp group will be created 72hrs prior to checkin, that doesn't get done. Neither did anyone pickup our calls or respond about this. Everything eventually had to be done on site upon arrival. That was very stressful

You know that moment when you’re scrolling through travel portals and stumble upon a property that somehow has a perfect 5-star rating everywhere? The marketer in me was like, “Wait… how is that even possible in the service industry?” My curiosity got the better of me, and that’s how we landed at Cloud 7 by ELIVAAS. Fast forward to our stay, now I get it. We were a mixed-age gang, from an 8-year-old bundle of energy to an 85-year-old senior citizen, and guess what? Everyone felt at home. The villa is stunning, the private pool and jacuzzi are the cherry on top, but what really blew us away was the hospitality. Every tiny detail in the villa’s design feels so thoughtfully done that you can tell this place was created with love. I’ve stayed at luxury hotels around the world, and honestly? This villa could teach many of them a thing or two about true luxury and personal care. Shoutout to Deepti for being the warmest host, and to Kartik (the real superhero) who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable (especially our seniors). Bottom line: if you’re wondering whether those 5-star reviews are real, take it from me, this one is 100% legit. We left with full hearts, big smiles, and plans to come back soon.

Hospitality, Cleanliness and comfort stay. We heard about ELIVAAS 5 star experience and we had the same. What added to our delight was surprise arrangement by the team there on our special day. Unforgettable.
