Quaint 3rd Floor Loft

The property was located in a clean and quiet neighborhood, with private and well lit parking. The yard was very well maintained and quite a beautiful place to be. Inside was equally as nice. It was a very cozy place to stay.

The stairs going up were a bit steep, so bringing up luggage may be difficult for some.

Lovely open space, and allows animals!

Was a little warm on arrival but QUICKLY cooled down.

It was in the perfect location for my needs. Safe neighborhood, comfortable environment, and everything I needed for my stay.

Nothing that I can think of.

The host communicated very well. There was an onsite free parking spot provided. There was a separate entrance to the loft. There was a key code that was easy to remember. The host turned on the air conditioner in the family room for when we arrived. The family room was cool. If they had turned on the bedroom air conditioner before we arrived it would have been a much more enjoyable stay. The kitchen is well stocked.

The quaint third floor loft is just that. There is no central air. It was a hot day and so it got very warm in the loft. Unfortunately, the host didn’t turn on the air conditioner in the bedroom before we arrived. We headed for bed in a very hot room. It took a while before the room cooled off and we could fall asleep. We turned off the air conditioner in the family room before bed, in the morning the family room was hot while we ate breakfast. There was a raised ledge around the toilet that both my husband and I bonked our foot on. The bathroom is laid out a little weird.
