Very well managed and super cooperative hosts.
Portia&team were always there for things I needed, for example I enquired about an electric kettle instead of a gas heated one and got one immediately delivered the same day by team.
Very cosy, the apartment has everything one needs for a short stay.
Its a bit outside philly center. But if you have a Car it works perfect as they have parking.

We liked that the property was in a quiet, but easily accessible area.
We liked how spacious the loft was with lots of facilities and amenities and loads of ac units and fans to keep guests cool.
We liked that the bedroom was very comfy with comfortable pillows
It would have been good if the living room area could have curtains that could be fully closed to help keep the room dark for guests sleeping there.
It would be good if the toilet wasn’t on a pedestal as we kept stubbing our toes.

The host communicated very well. There was an onsite free parking spot provided. There was a separate entrance to the loft. There was a key code that was easy to remember. The host turned on the air conditioner in the family room for when we arrived. The family room was cool. If they had turned on the bedroom air conditioner before we arrived it would have been a much more enjoyable stay. The kitchen is well stocked.
The quaint third floor loft is just that. There is no central air. It was a hot day and so it got very warm in the loft. Unfortunately, the host didn’t turn on the air conditioner in the bedroom before we arrived. We headed for bed in a very hot room. It took a while before the room cooled off and we could fall asleep. We turned off the air conditioner in the family room before bed, in the morning the family room was hot while we ate breakfast. There was a raised ledge around the toilet that both my husband and I bonked our foot on. The bathroom is laid out a little weird.
