Very clean! The house is cozy but with the layout it didn’t feel crowded. The beds were very comfortable and there was a LOT of outdoor space with the decks on the front and back.
The only constructive criticism I have: the stairs leading to the door or not well lit and my husband tripped. One other comment: the heat in the main floor bedroom did not seem to respond to the thermostat setting. It was HOT in there the first day. But we turned the thermostat in the room completely off for the rest of our stay and it was perfect. But you may want to check that thermostat!

The windows and open concept when you walk in was lovely! First floor bedroom was very nice and comfortable. Beds were comfy! I would mention about posting about all the cats next door and that they come over but luckily we are animal lovers. Close to lake and town!
Lack of towels and toilet paper for 6 women! Would recommend having more full rolls. Lack of fire pit. No directions for fireplace. Attempted to light but wouldn’t. Couch is pretty but uncomfortable and would be better if a little bigger.

I liked how safe the neighborhood appeared to be, with all the security measures put in place. The decor of the property was very nice but it could definitely benefit from a deep clean.
The property was nicely decorated but, at a closer look, furniture was stained, worn or plain dirty. Chest drawers were dirty inside (master bedroom), some kitchen utensils were greasy and looked unwashed. No extra towels or bedding. The floors haven't seen a mop in ages. The BBQ grill was missing the bottom tray so grease was dripping directly into the fire, thus fueling it further, which was hazardous.
