Ήταν ευρύχωρο το διαμέρισμα και διέθετε και θέση πάρκινγκ. Υπήρχε air condition σε όλα τα δωμάτια και σχετικώς ήταν καινούριο σε καλή κατάσταση μέσα και έξω. Παρόλα αυτά σηκώνει μια βελτίωση στις παροχές του διαμερίσματος.
1. Η κουζίνα του δεν ήταν πλήρης: Δεν είχε κουζίνα, απορροφητήρα, microwave, γκαζακι, βραστηρα, σκεύη για προετοιμασία φαγητού όπως κανα τηγάνι ή κατσαρόλα. 2. Το τηλεκοντρόλ της τηλεόρασης δεν δουλεύει και έπρεπε να αλλάζεις κανάλια τοπικά. 3. Το ίντερνετ δεν είχε ισχυρό σήμα ειδικά όταν καθίσουν στο μπαλκόνι.

Πολύ ωραίο μέχρι και ηλεκτρικά στόρια είχε. Όλα τέλεια και πεντακάθαρα
Ότι δεν είχε ξεκάθαρο πάρκινγκ είχε έναν χωράφι που κάνανε εργασίες Απέναντι. Ευτυχώς για λίγο δεν πάτησα καρφί.
