Love it, but there is a “but”

Definitely staff working in the hotel was great. The room felt very comfortable. Very nice inner design

My bathroom had loads of male hair all around the corners of the floor. Seriously- ALL AROUND AND A LOT! Felt like someone just wiped the floor with a mop, and that’s it. No hoover, no attention to check is it really clean.

What a bargain! Great room! 24hr bar! Brilliant staff! and even a Ghost Tour puzzle for free!!!

I walked in. And Hannah at reception had seen me approach so had already started processing and printing my reservation doc. I'd never been there! Dawn then went over the facilities. So helpful and chatty it made it relaxed and made me smile! Strange thing was later. I went to get a beer at the lobby 24 hour bar. used the stairs. only to find that some of them went to different parts of the building. Elevators that only went 2 floors. stairs that led to different lobbys. It was like an episode of Buffy! How can anyone get lost going up 2 elevators and 3 flights of stairs? Trust me it was easy and people would pay for it. Like an escape room! Thankfully Jon on the reception night was a star and came and saved us lol! Amazing and memorable stay! Brilliant people!

No beach? Sarcasm! there was nothing I didnt like. Perfect stop over and real honest hard working people to help!

Everything was top notch

I had a random guy in my room when I returned from a nightout which the staff had scanned him in, I was reassured I would got a full refund when I returned home for my troubles as it’s not acceptable luckily the guest in our room did not steal any of our valuables or was a danger to me and my friend. I have videos of the guy in our room and us questioning him to prove this is a true story

Light breakfast compimentary from 06.00 - cereal bread/toast/ fruit/drinks. I had a studio which was spacious, well equipped, clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. I was upgraded to a 2 bed apartment last time but the studio was perfect for me. Convenenient for the station,

Middlesbrough town centre does not feel safe for an elderly chap like me but I lived here for a few years so I know that the chain hotels are in no better locations if walking. I am probably being over cautious as the first night was a Fri evening football match at the nearby stadium.

Fantastic modern apartment, just what was needed for a business trip. Very clean room and bathroom with a little kitchen, hob, kettle, tea/coffee facilities. Morning breakfast downstairs, which was included in price, was great. Porridge, toasts, fruit, croissants, tea, coffee etc.

Location, style, parking, breakfast, snacks and drinks available all day.

Speed of service i.e. towel restock and bin emptying. We asked if we could get the bins emptied. We stayed for 5 nights and they we never emptied even when asked and on the day of housekeeping. Also, the shower gel in the cubicle was empty.

Décor was lovely and modern,staff were nice and friendly, helpful and accommodating Location was good overall just over the road from the pedestrianised high street,nice local pizza shop cash point just over the road , car park with barrier and plenty of CCTV, also had a security company making regular visits to the carpark although not 100% sure if that is for station suites or another business but reassuring either way, lift for getting up floors and all night bar , overall I was happy and will visit again, many thanks

Good value for money & Clean

Very modern and clean. Secure car park, no charge. Big room so plenty of room for travel cot. Nice kitchen area with most things you need.

No information given on check in, just got a key card and told the room number. The ironing board was under the bed which we didn’t find until the end of the stay. No tea towel for washing up and no dishwasher tablets. The location is a bit unsightly.

The ultra modern, spotless apartments were superb. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Well positioned for the train station. Absolutely silent rooms.

Love but slight teething

Gorgeous room with a kitchen which was amazing. The toiletries are all natural and smell amazing too

No air-conditioning in the heat but no fan either, asked the front desk. Also, tv rather difficult to use and I'm quite tech savvy. Had to go to the front desk to get help and he wasn't sure either, some training might be prudent

Convenient location, friendly staff.. I have stayed here on 2 separate visits up for London as father was in local hospital then passed away. This apart-style hotel made life much easier, warm friendly welcoming, everything you could need even washing facilities and kitchens etc. I will never forget how they made a very sad stressful trip much better.. even giving me a card, chocolates and flowers.. thank you guys x

Location is great, easy walking to local shops and train station opposite. Really friendly staff and very helpful. Almost all needs covered in bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette, nice little touches. Secure parking. Fast Wifi for work Breakfast was great though a little limited. Already booked next stay

The location is excellent. The suite was absolutely beautiful. The staff are so friendly and helpful - sorry ladies I only got Riz’s name.

Maybe a little welcome pack for the kitchen area ( cloth, dishwasher tablet & a tea towel) when you’re going away for just a weekend you don’t want to be packing cleaning equipment.

Fantastic Stay With Great Staff!

Everything was amazing! Staff kindly let us check in early without us even asking. Room was great, veey clean, nicely decorated, had everything you need . Virtually brand new complex (only opened in June) so everything was pristine. Felt secure. Even gave a complimentary breakfast (cereal, toast, etc.) we weren't aware of.

The only negative is the bins in the room (small and no bag) and lack of cleaning equipment for kitchen area, but do provide dishwasher.
