Felt like at home. Excellent cleanliness and very pleasant place.. The property owners are very supportive in providing all the required information. You can park your car safely infront of the property, as it is a gated community.

I recently visited this property with my family from Mumbai. Google maps easily brought us to the stay. Bedsheets are very clean and rooms had a great aura. We had a nice sleep after long travel. Both restrooms were very clean. The kitchen had essential utensils and supermarket was right next door. We prepared few meals. Fridge was a great addition, we stored milk and cold compresses for my mother. The next day, we walked and went to Ramanasramam enjoying the weather and beautiful nature. Agnilingam and Girivalam marg were walkable. Thank you to the host for your care. Will recommend this to my friends and definitely visit again.

The stay was overall decent and budget-friendly. The rooms were neat, clean, and well-maintained, which made the stay comfortable. One of the biggest positives was the owner, who was very responsive and helpful, even during late-night hours.

However, there are a few areas that need improvement. The Google Maps location provided is not accurate, and guests need to contact the owner to receive the correct location after booking confirmation. The property has only one toilet inside the building, while the second toilet is located outside under the staircase, which is quite inconvenient to access. Air conditioning is also limited, as only one room has an AC unit, and it was provided without a remote. The second room does not have AC at all. Basic toiletries were not provided, which was disappointing. The kitchen has only limited utensils, making it difficult for guests who wish to cook. Additionally, building expansion work is currently in progress, resulting in construction noise during the stay.
