I travel a lot (easily 15–20 times a year across Europe), and I’ve stayed in countless great places — but this was honestly one of the best accommodations we’ve ever experienced.
The apartment is ultra-modern, beautifully designed with so much love for detail, and equipped with everything you could possibly wish for. It’s right by the sea, spotlessly clean, and truly feels more like a boutique experience than a typical Airbnb.
From the very first moment we felt incredibly welcome — with fresh fruit, wine, ice cream, and other thoughtful touches waiting for us. Everything was super comfortable, and every corner of the apartment radiates care and quality.
Our host was absolutely outstanding: incredibly kind, always responsive within minutes, and truly went above and beyond to make our stay perfect.
I usually have very high standards, but this place exceeded every expectation. I can wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone lucky enough to find it — it’s a brand new gem and an absolute 10/10 stay.

Wow, where do I even begin? Everything about The Seafront Niche was absolutely EXCELLENT. The apartment itself is stunning, the rooms are beautifully designed, fresh, and spotless. Everything felt brand new and carefully thought out. The view felt out of this world. Waking up to that seafront view every morning was a lovely feeling and only a 2 minute walk.
The location was perfect, really easy access to everything we needed. We hired a car and had no issues at all with parking, and we were able to drive everywhere with ease. The apartment was such an enjoyable and peaceful space to come back to after a day of exploring.
What made the experience even more special was the warm welcome. We arrived to find a lovely bottle of wine and crackers waiting for us, such a thoughtful touch. And our host, Valia, was genuinely one of the kindest people I’ve ever met. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy throughout our stay.
I honestly can’t recommend this place enough. It’s hands down the BEST accommodation I’ve ever stayed inand I’ve travelled quite a bit! If you’re considering booking, don’t hesitate. You will not be disappointed.

Amazing Seafront Location and Perfect Stay
We had a wonderful stay at The Seafront Niche. The apartment is right by the water, with a balcony offering stunning sea views – it was magical to wake up to.
Location and Surroundings:
You can literally cross the street and be on the beach. There are also plenty of cafes, restaurants, grocery stores, and bakeries within walking distance – everything you need is just around the corner. Additionally, there’s a bus stop and tram station nearby, making it easy to get to both central Athens and other coastal areas. Very convenient whether you have a rental car or not.
The Apartment:
The apartment is spacious, clean, and modern – with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large dining area in the living room. Everything is tastefully decorated and well-maintained. The air conditioning and washing machine were especially appreciated, especially during the hot summer days.
Service:
The host was easy to communicate with, very helpful, and welcoming. Check-in was flexible, and we received great information both before and during our stay.
Cleanliness and Comfort:
Everything was clean and tidy when we arrived. We especially appreciated the little touches like fresh towels, linens, coffee, and soap ready for use. It really felt like a home away from home.
