The property is within a complex that is attached to a small mall where we had several enjoyable and very reasonably priced meals. We had access to 2 swimming pools, a very well equipped gym, yoga room, billiards room, table tennis, saunas and a walking track. Everything is kept in an immaculate condition. The complex is very well guarded with security posted at the front door and throughout the property. There is a free shuttle that takes you to the main train/bus terminal although this is also walkable via the over road connection from the mall. The area is generally walkable eg to Pasar Karat (night bazaar) however Grabs to/from that area cost less than $2 each way.
Unfortunately the ongoing (24/7) construction in front of the property as the next phase of the development goes up impacted on our full enjoyment. We couldn’t sit on the balcony because of this. Also, the strong smell of camphor/mothballs in the bathroom made it difficult to leave the bathroom door open to help dry out the area - perhaps that is why these are needed.
