    3 nights, a simple room for comfortable rest. We didn’t feedback to staff directly as we make do with it, but there were faulty things like water dispenser and clogged bathroom resulting in slightly flooded bathroom.

    การจัดการไม่ค่อยดีค่ะ ทั้งที่ห้องสวยและโลเคชั่นดีมากนะคะ น้องพนักงานก็ต้อนรับดี แต่ทีนี้คืนที่สองเจอแมลงสาบตัวเล็กๆบุกห้อง ประมาณตีสอง ช็อคมาก มีประมาณ 5 ตัว ไม่ตลกนะคะ ในห้องน้ำสองตัว ในห้องสามตัว คิดแล้วยังอยากกรี๊ด เราถ่ายทันมาสองตัว แล้วเราไม่รู้ทำยังไง พยายามลงไปติดต่อน้องพนักงานข้างล่างแต่ไม่มีใครอยู่แล้ว แล้วเราทำไง ไม่ได้นอนเลยค่ะ น่าจะผล็อยหล้บไปเพราะเหนื่อยประมาณ ตีห้าหกโมง เพราะเราจำได้ว่า ตีห้ากว่ายังเล่นมือถืออยู่ไม่กล้านอน คือน้องมาเปลี่ยนห้องให้ตอนเก้าโมงค่ะ แต่เราเช็คเอ๊าท์ 11 โมงแล้วนะคะ เจ้าของขอโทษ แล้วจะให้ลด 50% “ในการเข้าพักครั้งต่อไป” ยังจะหวังครั้งต่อไปอีกหรอคะ ? Service recovery ควรทำตอนรอบนี้ค่ะ ไม่ใช่รอรอบหน้า ถ้ารับผิดชอบคราวนี้อาจจะรีวิวห้าดาวให้ค่ะ ค่อนข้างเรื่องใหญ่นะคะ ถ้าไม่มีเรื่องนี้เราชอบโลเคชั่นมากค่ะ แต่ผิดหวังกับนโยบายค่ะ ว้อยเช่ออาจจะเอาให้คนอื่นแทนค่ะ
