Sanibel Island condo - Steps from the beach (Breakers West C3)

Condo was beautiful. Short walk to beach

3rd floor, no elevator. No ceiling or any other fan in 2nd bedroom No tv in second bedroom Light switches didn't work in Either bedroom expected to do half the cleaning for which I felt we had actually paid for by large daily cost.

So close to beach, all the toys, chairs ect in utility room we could use, so appreciated

It would be nice if kitchen had salt/pepper shakers

Everything… price, close to the beach, provided all the things we needed and more (kitchen, beach gear)

A man (claiming to be from the property management company/one of the owners) showed up a couple days after we had been there. He said there had been a report from the city that there was an excessive amount of water being used or possibly a leak. We had family members staying in another unit at Breakers West, but managed by a different agency, who got a phone call claiming the same thing… excessive water use. It seemed a little strange and suspicious, that two different property management companies would have the same claim. We had only taken daily showers…no laundry or dishwasher had been used at that time.
