Apartment by Torgalmenningen

Lage: besser geht nicht, sogar Parkplätze sind vor dem Haus, wenn auch gegen Gebühr, 5 Min zum Torget (Fischmarkt) Kommunikation mit Vermieter Top, hat sich sofort gemeldet, auf Anruf oder Mail. Hat bei gesundheitlichen Problemen prompt Hilfe vermittelt. Sauberkeit und Komfort des Appartments viel besser als man erwarten kann! Auch die Betten waren fertig, was nicht überall in Norwegen der Fall ist - manchmal muss man sie selber beziehen oder für Bettwäsche und Handtücher extra zahlen. Tolle Handtücher und Duschbad, herrliches neues Badezimmer mit super Dusche!

Tolle Lage (6. Stockwerk)direkt im Stadtzentrum aber trotzdem leise. Die Straßenbahn ist nur 4 min zu Fuß entfernt. Sehr sauber und modern mit Geschirrspüler. Netter Kontakt (nur per booking.com-Chat)

Terasse ist nicht in/bei der Wohnung sondern zwei Stockwerke höher (durch diese Türe konnten wir aber nicht - war abgeschlossen(der Chip hat zwar geblinkt aber lies sich nicht öffnen?) Das Schlüssel-Abhol-System ist nicht so einfach auf abhieb

Vegard, the host, went out of his way to help us and accommodate us! We booked the appartment on short notice because our hotel was closed due to a hospitality strike in Bergen. My mother was arriving before me and was not sure she could hand the check-in with the keybox. Vegard came in person to welcome her and give her the keys. And during our whole stay he always responded to any questions we had. On the last day we were allowed to stay in the appartment until the afternoon as there were no guests after us. The appartment is super centrally located, beautifully furnished, cozy and light. We loved it and would stay there again.

It would be nice to get a fresh set of towels if guests are staying more than two nights. We only got one set for the four nights of our stay initially. Upon request the host, however, offered us a fresh set of towels.
