Krasne ubytovanie v malebnom prostredi a k tomu super lokalita. Vraciame sa tu stale a este stale neomerzelo. Dakujeme, verim, ze sa coskoro opat vidime :-)

The apartment was perfect Modern, comfort and well equipped Parking was very comfy

the tablet didn't worked in English and was not intuitive

Everything. Spacious appt, high end materials and equipment. 100% clean. Amenities of Hotel Lomnica available - mainly wellness was big plus.

One of the few positives were that apartment provided access to wellness of the hotel opposite, which is owned by the same owner.

Apartment is absolutely under equipped! Please buy it: a corkscrew, we had to ask hotel reception for it. Coffee cups, (only tea cups there) Glasses- bier glasses, white wine, all sorts. Kitchen equipment. Google ‘home away from home’ and you will see. Keep open kitchen in your restaurants at least to 10pm, there is long days now, championship, you loosing money and frustrate dozen of guests each weekend !!! Owner manages bakery in basement which wants fame - please tell your people to smile, greet customers when they enter and say hello! May be a good start, especially if it is empty and I was the only there. Creme de la creme was the service charge on top of bill for parking. Absolute disgrace.
